
My Story
Trading in the tube for a career in food
Whilst working at my desk for a major beauty brand in London, I longed for a change. Moving home to Ireland, riding my horse and working in food was always my true dream. So, one day, I resigned, packed my bags, booked myself into the world renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School
and thankfully I have never looked back since.
With a large list of loyal clients built up over the last 15 years, I adore being able to delight them with beautiful dinner parties, imaginative and elegant canapés or ideas for the perfect wedding menus.
More recently, I've decided it would be exiting to share some of my recipes and techniques through my Emma's Kitchen Cookery Classes, which I launched in the autumn of 2016.
