Watercress and courgette gateau with warm ricotta fondue, asparagus tips and aged balsamic vinegar.
Tian of avocado, crab and spiced tomato served with melba toast.
Seared scallops with caramelized Pink Grapefruit dressing.
Main Courses
Pinenut and caper crusted loin of lamb, served on a bed of wilted spinach with pureed shallot cream, baby carrots and new potatoes.
Crispy confit of duck, honey and ginger sauce, bacon and potato cakes and sesame savoy cabbage.
Monkfish and mango Thai curry served with Thai rice and asparagus tips.
Desserts
Warm grilled peaches served with a raspberry coulis, baby meringues and fresh raspberries.
Honey and nut ice-cream terrine served with a salted caramel sauce.
Moist orange and almond cake served with a citrus cheesecake cream and poached apricots.

Lamb Tagine
Side of Salmon marinated and grilled with honey and soy, topped with scallions, coriander and chilli.
Lebanese cous cous with spices, pomegranate and mint.
Aubergines marinated in ginger, soy and balsamic vinegar.
French beans and mangetout with hazelnuts and orange.
Mixed berry meringue roulade.
Very lemony lemon tart, raspberries and cream.
